Edmonton Trout Fishing Club
Application for Incorporation
WE, the undersigned, hereby declare that we desire to form a society under The Societies Act and that:
1. The name of the Society is the "Edmonton Trout Fishing Club."
2. The objects of the Society are to foster, instruct and promote the art of fly tying, fly casting and the betterment of trout fishing among its members, and all other activities of a similar nature which may be deemed desirable for the benefit of its members.
3. The operations of the Society are to be chiefly carried on at or near Edmonton, Alberta.
4. The registered office in the Province of Alberta of the Society is in care of Lindsay, Emery, Ford, Massie, Jamieson & Lambert, 201 Imperial Bank Building, Edmonton, Alberta.
